Zoom Virtual Background Not Supported. Once you select an image it will appear as your background. Zoom goes into not responding almost immediately upon trying to start any kind of meeting.
All drivers should be current. If you cant use a custom image or video as your virtual background then most likely youre using a file format that Zoom does not support. Youll see the following message that this user experienced when such a scenario occurs.
